Recovery Day

Training in Las Vegas has been exciting, challenging and exhausting. Averaging 50 miles per day, we've been burning roughly 2,000 calories on each ride. As the camp end approaches, we'll be closing in on 400 miles for the week.

The first 4 days were extremely stressful on the body, which resulted in a recovery day yesterday. Now that we've had some time to rest up, the final 3 days will be nothing short of painful.
